In this role you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries about Park equipment by troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and operational issues as well as providing guidance to customers on their Park equipment via phone and/or email.
This role will also process parts returns and orders through contacting customers, providing return labels, processing necessary paperwork and partnering with the warehouse for parts shipments.
We are looking for someone who is able to provide good customer service, is analytical, detail oriented, has mechanical knowledge of our machines and is able to communicate effectively through complex situations.
*Bi-lingual speaker is preferred.
