Why were you willing to try something new?

What advantages did you see?
Family health insurance can be very expensive in traditional health plans for small companies like us. By contacting TSMA and working with Hahn Financial Group, we customized an employer health plan that worked best for our employees while giving us an opportunity to reinvest unspent premium dollars to keep costs low.
How did you use the cost savings?
We retained our unspent premiums after our first year. Being part of TSMA’s employer health plan is giving us lots of options to explore, such as investing into the future health of our employees by adding to their HSA accounts. That’s what we like about it – we now have options.
