Board of Directors TSMA
TSMA is governed by a 10-member board; these volunteers are elected from the membership to serve staggered two-year terms.
Mark joined the TSMA board in 2016. He was elected to his first term as Board President in 2018. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Program Committee.

Evan has served two stints on the TSMA board, from 2013 through 2017 and an earlier term from 2002 - 2004. He held the position of President from 2014-2017 and is active on the Workforce Committee.
Cosmos Enterprises, Inc.
Bob Grove has more than a decade of experience on the TSMA board, serving consecutively since his first term began in 2006. He is Chair of the Workforce Committee.
Liz joined the TSMA Board in 2017, jumping right in as facilitator of the board retreat that year. As Chair of the newly revived Marketing Committee, Liz has spearheaded countless strategies to improve TSMA's brand and promotional efforts.
Massman Automation Designs, LLC
Chuck was elected to the TSMA board in 2016. He co-chairs the Program Committee and is an active member of the region's Dream It. Do It. Steering Committee.
Lowry Manufacturing Company
Nicole is serving her first term on the TSMA board, having been elected in 2017. She is active on the Marketing Committee.
BlackHawk Industrial - TSMA
Tom is in his seventh year on the TSMA board; he was first selected in 2012. He is Chair of the Special Events Committee, with a history of staging an annual Golf Fundraiser. A new fundraising venue was added in 2017; a Stein & Wine Fest held in collaboration with Alexandria Sertoma.
3M Abrasives Systems Division
This is Todd's second stint on the TSMA Board of Directors. He served from 2008-2011 and then left Minnesota for 3M position in Colorado. He's now back in Alexandria, MN, and was re-elected to the Board in 2017. Todd serves on the Membership Committee.
Midwest Manufacturers Association - TSMA
Sandy Kashmark started her career with TSMA as Administrative Assistant in 1991, not long after receiving a business degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She has served as Executive Director since 1995. The office changed to a new business model when Midwest Manufacturers Association was launched in 1991. MMA, the "central office," now serves AMFA, CMMA and TSMA, with Kashmark at the helm.
