Committees

For the TSMA Standing Committees to be successful, member input is crucial.  TSMA members are encouraged to participate on one or more of the committees listed below.  The time commitment is kept to a minimum; the committees typically meet just one to four times per year.

TSMA MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE

The Membership Committee helps determine strategies to retain current members and recruit new members to the association. The committee establishes membership growth/renewal goals for the year, and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors on various issues, such as the membership dues structure, increasing member participation at meetings, etc.
Chair:

TSMA PROGRAM COMMITTEE

The Program Committee is responsible to determine the format of the TSMA membership meetings.  The meetings typically feature a pre-meeting workshop, a guest speaker, and/or a plant tour.  The committee will pole the membership from time to time, to gather input on preferred topics, tour sites, etc.
